OpenCMS requires a j2sdk of 1.4 or greater.  (According to the readme,
"Some features regarding file encoding where used that are not available
with Java releases before 1.4.")

	I get the following error when trying to install opencms version
6 beta 3. The error appears after continuing from the step 2.
	 
	I am using windows xp sp2, tomcat 5.5.9, mysql 4.1.1, j2sdkee
1.3.1. Can anyone help with my installation.
