[opencms-dev] How to format date to chinese??

Hollo,
   
When I translate the workplace to chinese ,I find the date format isn't right,in the explorer view ,it display as common. I want the format like yyyy-MM-dd    hh:mm:ss(2004-08-27 11:42:10)
   
I have done it followed the help:

But did not get the right result,if you have time please try it again or send the solution to me.
Can you tell me where I could find the date format in the opencms's classes.
