[opencms-dev] Installation problems

Hi, I'm trying to install Opencms 6.0 beta 3 for a new deployment, and
I'm having issues with the webapp.

I'm getting a permission denied error from Tomcat, even after setting
the webapps directory to 755.

log4j:ERROR setFile(null,true) call failed.
java.io.FileNotFoundException: opencms_init.log (Permission denied)
   at java.io.FileDescriptor.open(java.lang.String, int)
(/usr/lib64/libgcj.so.5.0.0)

etc, etc.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
