[opencms-dev] Log4j config

OpenCms 6.0.2
I'm getting a Log reference from OpenCms.getLog(), and logging OK to 
opencms.log, but I'm struggling to find the log configuration.  Using 
isDebugEnabled() etc, I see that only error and fatal levels are enabled.

The Commons documentation 
http://www.jdocs.com/commons-logging/1.0.4/api/org/apache/commons/logging/package-summary.html
expect a 'commons-logging.properties' file, but I cant find this or any 
other references to logging config.  Help please!
