[opencms-dev] filtering and sorting XMLs - posibility existing ?

Hi,
    I have a big amount of proprietary Structured Content in a directory.
    The schema is :

    I want to make a filtered / sorted list (e.g. I want to display only 
xmls having *product.type*="123" and sorted by *product.price*).
    Is is possible to do that with the existing taglibs?

    I know I can have a look at the implementation of cms:contentload to 
see what API calls it uses and to make a custom tag or a scriplet but I 
wanted to be sure if such a posibility is already existing ot not.
