Hi,

AFAIK there's no such Module available. Maybe there's a commercial one i 
have no overview over the available commercial modules. But imho you 
could solve your problem using a ModuleAction-Class wich listens on 
newly created news files and saves them in a List. Then you could use a 
cronjob to read this list, clear it and send the contets of the files as 
a newsletter.
