my question was not clear ?

Need to create external link by code(program), it's ok i can do it, setting
properties like Title, NavText etc..
What i can't see, is how to set the value of the url LINK (by program). Is
there any way to do this?
In fact what's not clear for me is the nature of this (url Link), property,
content or ...
