[opencms-dev] How to create new resource type on XML XSD?

I tried the original instructions in OCMS 6.0rc2 and got a funny looking
news type as yours: "??? fileicon.heinz_news ???" but it dissapeared after
rebooting OCMS.

However, I think the configuration in OCMS 6.0 is a bit different from that
