[opencms-dev] Using NitroX Eclipse Plugin with OpenCMS

I read a post by Arash Kaffamanesh (RE: [opencms-dev] Synchronize 
folder) where he suggested to "Use Nitrox Eclipse JSP Editor, the free 
JSP WYSIWYG editor!".

I would like to know what best practices have been discovered to really 
make this plug-in fly, like, what assumptions must be made about the 
environment (development and live), and what procedures have been 
adopted to minimize repetitive tasks, etc.
