The first opencms is the name of the web application context. To change 
it you have to rename the *.war file and consequently the directory 
where you unpack the war file. To get rid of the first part you have to 
install opencms as ROOT application. This is explained in the 
documentation.

The second opencms is the name of the servlet and you should be able to 
change this in web.xml.
