[opencms-dev] How can I add more languages

I have figured out that the locale can be in a format of either "xx_yy" or "xx" where xx is the language code and yy is the country code.

Use the ISO language codes. See http://www.w3.org/WAI/ER/IG/ert/iso639.htm
I'm assuming you know how to edit XML (?) Let me know if not.
