[opencms-dev] How can I add a new jsp template

I have created a jsp file by copying from an existing template and put it into the template folder of the “org.opencms.welcome” module.
 
However, it doesn’t appear on the list when I create a new page.
 
How can I configure the system to incorporate a new jsp template?
