[opencms-dev] Includ SVG / Batik

Hi Kiril,

we offer a module that introduces a new resource type for files that are 
expected to contain jsp code that renders svg. The resource loader 
transforms the svg to a bitmap, either jpg, gif or png, depending on the 
file extension or a property.
