[opencms-dev] User access rights

I have the following case
I have a website which is divided into many sections. Each section
contains a group of articles that can be edited by the "htmlarea"
Editor. I want to create groups, each of which has access rights for
only one section (Edit,Add and Delete). Can you please tell me what
exactly the stapes are to achieve this task (create each group with
its users)?
