Joe,

As you probably already know, you can generate javaDocs from the source
code for OpenCms. That documentation may help a bit, and then there's
the first edition of Matt Butcher's book, "Building Websites with
OpenCms," which covers version 5 of OpenCms. When referring to Matt's
book, beware that, among other things, several package names have
changed. Several package names from ver. 5 have disappeared and new
names have appeared to take their place. For example, the package
org.opencms.main has replaced the package com.opencms.core (from ver.
5), and the package org.opencms.setup has replaced com.opencms.boot.

	That is probably sound advice.
