[opencms-dev] How to add/use custom tld/tags libraries in OpenCMS 6.0

You have to add this file to your classpath (place it parallel to the
opencms.tld)

domtags.tld

This is the declaration of the taglib itself ... Jasper needs it to know
how this tags works well, otherwise it can't work
