[opencms-dev] workplace.properties

hello I have put a file workplace.properties in the classesfolder
(de/homepage) of my module. It contains a line fileicon.mypage=Text and
Images. 
I have set the exportpoint and after publish and tomcat restart the file is
present in WEB-INF/classes/de/homepage/.
I have a resource defined and set   <explorertype  name="mypage"
key="fileicon.mypage" icon="page.gif" ..

But in the newresouce dialog i see only ??? fileicon.mypage ???
