[opencms-dev] loading folder tree is very slow

Hi,
we use opencms version 5.0 and created sites in this version. Now we would like to extend it and add more sites. As soon as we add sites, faced with problems in loading folder tree which takes more than 1 minutets to show the tree.
I checked, it takes about 20 seconds to get result sets from database and create cmsFolders. The strange thing is that all resources are read for creating the Folder Tree which shows just folders in first level!!!
Also, from finishing cmsNewExplorerFileList class till showing the tree, it takes more than 50 seconds. I couldn't find the class which probably casuse this problem. Would you please help me to find the class?
How is it possible to read just required resource from database for showing the folder tree not all of them?
I should mention cms_resources table has about 130,000 records.
