[opencms-dev] what parent tag for cms:contentshow?

In a template, I'm just doing a simple:

 

<cms:contentshow element="Title" />

 

And I keep getting the following error:

javax.servlet.jsp.JspTagException: Tag "contentshow" without required
parent tag found

 

I can't find any doc about a required parent tag. I know you can embed
contentshow into a contentloop tag, but it is not required. What's going
