[opencms-dev] ecard feature

how would i go about this feature? 
I'm new to opencms and also java. 

the idea would go like this
user A fills out form with email and name and message for user B

user B gets link to ecard.  which im assuming should be a created
based on a html template and form values would be inserted into the
html ?

user B sees ecard.



is there something like this already possible?
