[opencms-dev] How to publish files?

Hi,
I think IP or domain isn't the problem, I have the behaviour on three 
different machines, one with localhost or 127.0.0.1 (both doesn't work, 
just tested it again), one in my network (192.168.1.48) and on the 
hosting machine with the domain-name. It's all the same %-[.
