[opencms-dev] Can't find newly created module !?

In OpenCms 6.0 the module isn't created through the new administration
module, use the legacy Admi interface, or create the module by yourself
under the /system/modules.

Your right it is there, but this module is going to be a template which
I need to develop. How do I then develop the template through openCMS ?
Where do I go to access that template from openCMS ?
