[opencms-dev] CVS connection refused

Hi,

I'm an Opencms newbie and I'm just trying to check out the source code
from CVS. I'm using these configurations:

:pserver:anon at cvs.opencms.org:/usr/local/cvs

password: anon

I get the error message: 

cvs [login aborted]: connect to cvs.opencms.org:2401 failed: No
connection could be made because the target machine actively refused
it.

Is CVS configured to accept connections using the default port? What
else could I be doing wrong?
