[opencms-dev] (6.0) Feature request: Download file

This is a feature request:

- Add a new option in the explorer file menu to download a file, that is, to
send the file contents to a popup window so you can store the file on your
local fs.

- Add a download button in the history menu, for each version of the file,
so you can store each version on local fs, and then compare (diff it)
