[opencms-dev] Registering a new loader from a module

Tristan,
so far adding resource loaders from a module is not implemented in the core.
They could probably be added in much the same way as adding new resource
types.
We just did not feel the need to have this feature, that's why we did not
implement it. So we do loader configurations manually if required. Of
course, it would be nice to have, so any contribution here is welcome.
