[opencms] [opencms-dev] OpenCms Wiki for FAQs etc

I can setup a wiki in about 10 minutes, and it will use very little system
resources. Despite being a very simple tool, I believe a Wiki is good for
gathering up documentation.

To safely depoly OpenCms with general access to many people will require a
separate instance of the servlet container running as a separate user --
anyone who can write JSPs in OpenCms has full system access under the
username that runs the JVM.

So it really boils down to the time it takes to setup and administer an
instance of OpenCms and the memory footprint (I can only afford at most 2
Tomcat instances on my 512MB server). If someone wants to offer a OpenCms
installation for documentation that would be great!

Joe.
