[opencms-dev] MS-SQL support

Hello,

I have successfully created the support for MS-SQL.

Please note that the patch file was created against the tag build_6_0_1
(HEAD didn't get compiled for me)
Althrough i have managed to complete the setup wizard, see the demo pages 
and login
to the workplace and doing some changes the ms-sql support should be 
considered alpha or beta quality.
