[opencms-dev] how can i get a module to show under /system/modules

Yeah,
but the nice thing with the new Admin Modulemanagement is, now you can create
modules with ressources which do not necessarily have to reside in
the /system/modules folder, because the module is not connected to a
automatically generated structure anymore.
So you can separate content and code completely, eg having all the xmlcontent
files and img etc. under /sites/mysite/ and the template JSP code and schemas
etc. under /system/modules/mymodule/. So you can update content and code
undependant form each other very comfortable with the module mechanism.
Makes it very easy to edit content on the production system and save it as
module regularily to the development system (or elsewhere) and to edit code
etc. on the development server and load it as module to the production system
without conflicting with content edited by the editors.
Or have many sites based on the same code module, without conflicting each
other when updating the code module.
Nice night to all of you, Bernd
P.S.
Well, my e-mail address is mostly or often or sometimes to be found at the end
of the e-mail, as it is now.
This is a response to the Arash mail with subject "RE: [opencms-dev] Where is
the doc?" today.
Regarding "opencms-documentation.org" let's talk about it soon, when I am
back. I hope to have more time for these things in Berlin.
