[opencms-dev] collector config per module instead of only in opencms-vfs.xml

Well, fully you can only define "types" in the opencms-modules.xml in OpenCms 
6.0.
"explorertypes" still need to be configured in the opencms-workplace.xml if 
you want to define the full set of possibilitys, like contextmenu and 
defaultproperties which have to appear by default when cklicking "Properties" 
in the contextmenu.
This is still not possible in the opencms-modules.xml
