[opencms] [opencms-dev] can not get RMI stub registered in tomcatfromstandalone application

hi,
but in my impression,ejb is a little slow,can we use EJB for portal application?does any one have any experiece with it?now I am stuck with which java remoting method to use to access opencms api from external application,ejb or RMI or some http way.
