[opencms-dev] Permissions to change JSPs

I think that OpenCMS 6 have some disadvantages with jsps:
- user can not copy jsp
- user can not change jsp's properties like "keywords"  and other which 
may be  used as paramters for jsp.

In most cases OpenCMS use jsps  as content renderer  and  above features 
are useful.
