mod_jk2 is dead (is not going to be developed further), Apache 2.0.54 is
buggy, at least on SuSe Linux Enterprise Server 9.1.

I've used mod_proxy with mod_rewrite (or mod_jk on linux standalone,
without mod_rewrite) on the following combination:

Apache 2.0.52 or perhaps 2.0.53 (tested on Linux), Tomcat 5.5.9 and JDK
1.5, works like a charme on Win "2000 Prof. - 2003 Server, and Linux !

Subject: [opencms-dev] mapping website with apache 2.0.54 / tomcat
5.0.28 /XP pro and mod_jk2

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how to let apache point on an ocms website when opencms
is installed as ROOT in webapps?

I'm using : apache 2.0.54 / tomcat 5.0.28 / XP pro and mod_jk2 and
opencms 6.0

I've read many posts about this subject but noone was dealing with XP
pro.

My apache is listening port 80, tomcat: port 8080, mod_jk2 is loaded.
I think i missed something...

Thanks a lot.

Thomas
