[opencms-dev] Can not install all modules

Hi 

I can not install all modules. 
The wizard is hanging at something like this:

( 417 ) Indexing file index.jsp ... skipped
( 417 ) Indexing file index.jsp ... skipped
Indexing folder /sites/default/ 

If I exclude the documentation and the tmplate one modules, (the last 4 or5 modules) then I will be able to install opencms 6.0.0. I'm new at opencms and I need the examples and the documetations.

OS: FC3 (without X-Windows)
MYSQL: 4.0.24
JSDK: j2sdk1.4.2_08
Tomcat: jakarta-tomcat-4.1.31

I have the following entries set:
export JAVA_OPTS="-Xms512m -Xmx512m -Djava.awt.headless=true"
export CATALINA_HOME="/home/tomcat/jakarta-tomcat-4.1.31"
export JAVA_HOME="/usr/local/j2se/j2sdk1.4.2_08"

and in my.cnf:
[mysql]
max_allowed_packet=64M
