creating new structured content.

Awaiting a quick reply.

Kind Regards,

hi,
I think you have to use the API provided by opencms to create new
resource,it is bad idea ,almost impossible to manipulate the DB directly

Subject: [opencms-dev] Content Type/ Data import

	Hi,

I have created my own content type called "My Article".
When I create My Article asset (creating new My Article), where
the information get stored? Is it stored in Database or in File system?
Also looking at "CMS_OFFLINE_CONTENTS" table, is it possible to
interrupt the values of Content_Id and Resource_id?

Basically I am looking for a way out to import my content in my
Content Type which right now exists in other database system. Any
pointers will be really helpful.

	Thanks.

	Kind Regards,
	Shishank Mathur
