[opencms-dev] getting rid of the opencms/opencms/ prefix

Hi,

I'm trying to get rid of the /opencms/opencms prefix and running everything
on port 80.


In one guide addressing this issue there is written under
Step 1: Configuring OpenCms

...change the value to:
this.servpath="<%= OpenCms.getStaticExportManager().getVfsPrefix() %>";

Can someone explain to me what this line exactly does?
