[opencms-dev] How can i use CmsObject to get a localized content ?

Hi list:

I have a CmsObject "adminCms"

I want to use it to get the contents (like the getContent method), how can i
build a CmsActionJspBean or similar object from the CmsObject to access the
contents easier ?
