[opencms-dev] Synchronize settings / user preferences bug

Hi Bernd,

I didn't do anything, but I changed many times between Explorer and
Admin view and went to the /sytsem/.. Folders and used the reload
button, it appeared suddenly :-), perhaps after restart and I've checked
the Synchronization activation checkbox.
