[opencms-dev] Development Environment Setup

Hi,

What is the best way to setup a development environment where a team of
10 people are working to develop site in OpenCms? Also which is the best
IDE to use for such development environment?

The idea is to use CVS for source control. So is it possible to
integrate CVS with OpenCms development?
