[opencms-dev] Simple way to display file attributes (like dateLastModified)

Hi there

I'm looking for a simple way to display file attributes like 
"dateLastModified". All I found was this:

Do I really have to load the file again while it was already loaded in 
the <cms:contentload> tag?

Shouldn't there be an easier, more efficient way to this. Something like 
the <cms:property> or <cms:contentshow> tag?
