[opencms-dev] Fwd: some problem when i install the opencms on suse

I install and run the Tomcat by a user named neil. Neil have all permission
on the tomcat installed directory.

i just download the tomcat install tar ball and unpack it to a directory by
user 'neil' and run tomcat by neil.

i believe Neil have enough permission and i tried to run the tomcat as root.
i got the same result.
