[opencms-dev] Online help localisation

Hello,

pls i need help with Online help pages. I tried to make czech 
localization of them, so i copy english version of help pages to 
/system/workplace/locales/cs/help/, but when i try to edit some page i 
get error (something about user rights but i do this under Admin) - and 
if i try to view some page of this directory i get template error with:

The OpenCms Online Help
??? null ???

What i am doing wrong? Thx for your help.
