[opencms-dev] file system perms on export folder?

I've finally worked out where my export problems were, and now that  
I've got it working, I've realised that the file system permissions  
aren't right on my export folder, for Apache can't serve them,

I just corrected them by hand, but I imagine they will get  
overwritten at some point, even though I'm using the onDemand  
exporthandler.

Is there any way to tell OpenCMS who should own these files and what  
permissions they should have ? like a default umask setting or  
something?
