[opencms-dev] Template for JSP files

In JSP resources you have to include the "head" and "foot" part of your
template manually...
Should look like this:

... taglib and other jsp init declaration ...
<cms:include element="head" property="template"/>
 ... your jsp and html code ...
<cms:include element="foot" property="template"/>
