You've forgotten the /system in your URL and you wrote:

I don't know if MySQL 5 is supported yet, I recommend 4.1.x

Hello again Jakob,

it is a completely new installation. It is the first time I install
OpenCMS.

The Windows-account I'm using is an Administrator-account, although the 
OpenCMS-package was downloaded by a user without 
Administrator-privileges on the same machine. Can this be an issue?
