Hi Gilza!

A book I can recommend is "Building websites with OpenCms" by Matt 
Butcher. 
It gives a general introduction into the system usage 
(workplace-description), a description of the API (OpenCms-classes) and 
ways of adapting the system individually (development of own modules). 
Although it only deals with OpenCms 5 until now I think it was worth 
buying it.
