[opencms-dev] How to solve handle404 error

check where is your error page for 404 error. i believe opencms can't find
this page.

when an user hit a page on your website, but the opencms couldn't find it
then redirect to the 404 error page
at that time, the opencms couldn't found the 404 error page and lanch
another request to report the 404 error
so it got into the infinite loop.
