[opencms-dev] Cannot download Visio type file(Urgent)

You could unpack your opencms.jar to your $OPENCMS_HOME/WEB-INF/classes
folder and remove the opencms.jar from lib folder. then you find in
classes/org/opencms/loader/ the file mimetype.properties - edit and restart
tomcat.

no guarantee but hth
