[opencms-dev] Email Mechanism in Workflow

Hi,
     How can i add multiple user's mail account details using <mail> tag
in opencms-system.xml?
Imagine three users are exist say projectmanager, creator and publisher.

I have given projectmanager's email account in opencms-system.xml.
So mail is sent to the creator from the projectmanager if projectmanager
assigns a new task to creator.
But after that if the creator forwards the task to the publisher on
completeion of the task, no mail will be sent to the publisher from the
creator
Since the creator's account details is not mentioned in
opencms-system.xml.
Kindly help me on this issue and let me know some other solution if any.
