[opencms-dev] Fckeditor not showing up in editor preferences

Hi,

I am using OpenCms  6.0.3 and just installed the fcke-editor module downloaded 
from opencms.org. Installing the module went smooth and after that I switched 
to the preferences to set the fckeditor in "Preferred editors". 
Problem is that the fcke-editor is not showing up in the combo-box.

How could that be?
What am I doing wrong?
How do I switch to use the fcke-editor as default?
