[opencms-dev] setup wizard - datetime values missing single quotes

Yes, I get this error as well. I posted the error to this list last week and
received no reply. The issue is either too well known for anyone to respond
or not known at all!

I believe it is a bug in the latest install wizard that only affects people
installing from scratch with MySQL. That is why I can find nothing on this
error anywhere on any site on the Internet.

Someone please respond to this post.
